Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using Poket Bisnes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

Poket Bisnes is a cash flow tracking and invoicing application designed for Malaysian micro-businesses and entrepreneurs. The App is operated by Speedofis99 Academy Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our").

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Each account is for individual business use only.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full Premium access upon registration.
• No payment information is required during the trial period.
• At the end of the trial, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a Premium plan.

• Payments are processed securely via ToyyibPay.
• Monthly billing occurs on the same date each month from subscription start date.
• Annual billing occurs once per year.
• All payments are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days advance notice.

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billing period has commenced.
• Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rata refund for unused months if the service is terminated by us.
• If you voluntarily cancel your annual subscription, no refund will be issued. You retain Premium access until end of current billing period.
• If Poket Bisnes discontinues its service, all active annual subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for unused months.
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@poketbisnes.com within 14 days of the qualifying event.

• Promo codes are subject to availability and may have expiry dates and redemption limits.
• Each promo code may only be redeemed once per account.
• Promo codes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify promo codes at any time.

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with PDPA Malaysia 2010.
• Your business and financial data belongs to you.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data is stored securely via encrypted infrastructure.
• Request data deletion by contacting support@poketbisnes.com.

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt the App, or share account credentials with third parties.

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• In the event of extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours), affected Premium subscribers may be eligible for service credit at our discretion.

All content, design, and technology within Poket Bisnes are the intellectual property of Speedofis99 Academy Sdn Bhd. Your business data remains your property.

Poket Bisnes is a financial tracking tool and does not constitute professional financial or legal advice. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription anytime through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
